Therefore, we are currently looking for a Recruitment consultant to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

We expect you to be able to plan and organize your tasks and therefore has a sense of urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is required to manage administrative tasks effectively. You enjoy optimizing processes and hold a strong sense of organizational understanding. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, enabling effective interaction with candidates, stakeholders, and team members. Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is vital for succeeding in this position as you are expected to work independently. Additionally, you must be capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Experience working in a flat organization is highly desirable, as it will contribute to navigating our unique organizational structure.

Responsibilities:

TEAM AND ROLE

This is a newly established role within a collaborative team consisting of HR Business Partners, HR Support, and HR Development professionals. The team is dedicated to supporting TERMA in Denmark and across Europe. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with this diverse team, contributing to the strategic goals of the organization by ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Your role will involve working on various aspects of talent acquisition, from identifying potential candidates to managing the recruitment process end-to-end. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand the specific needs of different departments and business areas within Terma, tailoring your approach to meet these requirements.
In addition to talent acquisition, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with the company’s hiring goals. This will require excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate the complexities of a large organization. You will also play a key role in supporting the new-build department, helping to optimize and streamline recruitment processes. This involves continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, implementing best practices, and ensuring that all recruitment activities align with our overall business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the recruitment team in coordinating and managing various stages of the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and match them to appropriate job openings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring all logistics are arranged and candidates have a positive experience.
  • Compile and communicate candidate feedback to hiring managers promptly to assist in making informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure that we deliver a good customer experience to our stakeholders in the organization and to our candidates.
  • Optimize the recruitment process in a new-build department, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitating feedback for DiSC profile and Hogan Assessment.
