Your tasks:

• Recruiting technical specialists, e.g. electricians (m/f/d), mechatronics engineers (m/f/d), industrial mechanics (m/f/d) or service technicians (m/f/d)
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Contact person for applicants and customers
• Creation and optimization of job advertisements
• Conducting telephone interviews and job interviews
• Qualification of candidates and creation of candidate profiles
• Support during client meetings and occasional on-site visits.
• Close collaboration with management
• Taking responsibility and actively shaping processes

• Experience in recruiting technical specialists
• Ideally, experience in personnel services or personnel consulting.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
