  • Being able to speak Fluent Mandarin is essential for this role.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment through good-billings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs.
  • A proactive, motivated, and self-driven work ethic.
  • Experience in a high-end boutique recruitment agency is a plus.
Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

They are seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to join their growing team. The market in this case will be the China market, and you will be joining a very busy division, helping fulfill hiring requirements in China and the surrounding countries. You will play a pivotal role in their agency, driving recruitment processes for high-calibre candidates and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. You will leverage your expertise and network within the commercial and sales sectors to deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in high-end commercial and sales roles.
  • Win new clients through bespoke prospecting campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide valuable market insights to clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall team success.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
