ABOUT MCS HEALTHCARE (MEDGEN COMMUNITY SERVICES HEALTHCARE)

MCS Healthcare provides personal care and support to people in their own homes, enabling them to remain as independent and active as possible. We deliver care through two main provision types:

• Complex Care: Nurse-led support for individuals with complex physical, behavioral, or mental health needs, delivered by highly trained and experienced care staff.
• Non-Complex Care: Enabling support focused on developing and enhancing independence skills, led by experienced Case Managers with extensive health and social care knowledge.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:

As a Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, onboarding, and supporting healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities include ensuring all candidates meet compliance and regulatory standards while delivering a positive, professional experience.
