WHAT YOU’LL LOOK LIKE:

  • You will have experience in, or a proven passion for, the education sector to enable true emphasis with our Clients and Candidates.
  • Ideally we are looking for experience in increasing sales in a recruitment environment, but will consider account management or a business development background.
  • Strong growth mindset. A passion and dedication to growing your desk to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrapport and communicate effectively with school clients and internal teams. These should be conducted in writing, verbally over the telephone and face to face.
  • Strong negotiation skills to collaborate with schools on terms and agreements effectively.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Promote school engagement with the Opogo technology by articulating the unique features and benefits of the Opogo app-based solutions. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, HR personnel, and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening Support: Work closely with the Candidate Resourcers to ensure that a steady stream of high-quality candidates is available on the school’s Talent Pools. You will also proactively participate in candidate screening and shortlisting processes.
  • Candidate Management: promote candidate engagement with the Opogo App by explaining the features and requirements of the technology, specifically related to accepting job roles, submitting timesheets, and setting their availability. Develop strong relationships with key Candidates and use their full networking potential.
  • Business Development: Re-engage and build relationships with schools that aren’t currently using Opogo to encourage them to discover the many benefits of using us vs a traditional recruitment agency. Identify new schools within the geographical area to expand our customer base.
  • Account Growth and Upselling: Identify opportunities for account growth within existing school clients and upsell additional services, including the free Learn platform to increase school buy-in and commitment.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise recruitment data and metrics to analyse the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and generate reports for school clients on request.
