We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of temporary and permanent recruitment strategies and processes and relationship management skills to effectively fulfil our clients’ staffing needs.

WHAT SKILLS WE REQUIRE:

· At least 2 years recruitment experience in-house/account managing or agency recruitment role (preferably within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)
· Highly motivated with a demonstrable passion for recruitment & people
· Driven by process improvement and innovative thinking
· Work effectively & independently under pressure prioritising a varied workload depending on business requirements and needs.
· Highly organised with great customer service skills
· To be able to travel when required between client sites. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
