Whether you’re new to recruitment or have experience in sales, we’re looking for someone with a strong people-first mindset and the drive to succeed. If you’re confident in building relationships through conversations—whether over the phone or in person—and are eager to learn, this is the role for you!

• Source Candidates: You’ll be responsible for sourcing both passive and active candidates for our extensive client network.
• Support Candidates: You’ll guide candidates through the hiring process, offering support from CV reviews to interview prep and technical assignments.
• Build Client Relationships: Develop your own client network, actively reaching out to businesses, understanding where Orange Quarter can add value, and helping them build their tech teams.
• Specialise in Tech Markets: Each Recruitment Consultant at Orange Quarter works towards becoming a market specialist in one or more areas—whether that’s AI, Data, DevOps, Development, Product, UX/UI, Marketing, Mobile Development, or beyond. You’ll immerse yourself in industry news, attend events, and constantly learn to communicate with both clients and candidates on a deeper level.
