EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

The ideals would be 2+ years within a professional services sector of recruitment.
Think (tech, finance, engineering, sciences).
Although for the right person this can flex, some experience in recruitment (360) is preferred.
Without recruitment experience you would have to demonstrate sales exposure, stable career/working history to date and good reasoning for migrating into recruitment.
