Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for general roles across a range of industries Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach Screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates for UK-based clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders Provide consultative support to clients, advising on talent trends and recruitment strategy Prepare and present candidate profiles and coordinate interviews Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping using applicant tracking systems Meet recruitment targets and timelines in a high-volume, remote-first environment Stay informed about UK market trends and recruitment best practices Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) Proven experience recruiting for international or UK-based markets Comfortable working across a wide variety of generalist roles Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve targets Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection Need to be available to start immediately
