• What You'll Do:You'll manage your desk end-to-end, including:Winning new clients
• Building long-term relationships
• Taking job briefs
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Presenting shortlists
• Managing the recruitment process
• Negotiating offers and closing placements

We are a relationship-led business, so face-to-face meetings and industry involvement are key. You'll also have access to top tools, including JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed and our internal database.

You'll be supported directly by the founders and encouraged to bring your own ideas, approaches, and ways of working.

• To Be Successful:You'll likely have:Experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Construction industry exposure (preferred)
• A track record of billing $300K+
• The ability to build and develop client relationships
