About the role as a Recruitment Consultant: Hunt for new client sales opportunities and turn them into long- term, mutually beneficial relationships by becoming a trusted recruitment partner to businesses in the Bay of Plenty. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that we have the right people available at the right time. Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates who share your ‘Good Bugger’ traits. Listen to our clients’ needs, understanding long- and short-term requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions that keep them coming back for more.
