ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full 360 recruitment role focused on the engineering sector. It’s fast-paced and varied, giving you the space to take ownership while being supported with regular check-ins, high-quality training, and a clear path to grow.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and headhunting
• Briefing candidates on opportunities and managing them through the interview process
• Keeping candidate records up to date in our CRM
• Conducting interviews to assess suitability
• Managing the full candidate journey
• Working closely with the Divisional Manager to fill vacancies and support clients
