    What will you be doing?
    Reporting to the Manager - Sales, you will work with a dedicated team of passionate and high performing Recruitment Consultants. You will be responsible for recruiting Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Territory Managers, Sales Managers, Account Executives and Key Account Managers across the FMCG market.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Source and place candidates for your clients
  • Business development calls
  • Create candidate attraction strategies
  • Engage with your clients
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Work closely with your team to source candidates
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our clients recruitment needs

What are we looking for in you?

  • Previous recruitment experience ideally within Sales & Marketing/Professional services
  • Experience within Sales, Business development, Account management
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to be resilient and results focussed
  • You love to hit goals and targets
  • A team player
