  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
  • Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
  • Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives
