PRIMARY FUNCTION The primary objective of the On-call Candidate Manager is to assist clients with their labour requirements whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to candidates and clients at all times. 1. COMPANY STANDARDS • Comply with regular meeting schedules and communication standards • Comply with the industry code of ethics at all times • Comply with all company policies and procedures at all times • Maintain and embrace the Occupational Health and Safety (including Workplace Bullying • and Harassment) and EEO procedures for the business as per State and Federal • Legislation • Participate in client-focused functions and/or promotions as required from time to time • Participate in the company’s review and appraisal program as identified in this PD • Ensure all information is maintained and updated within TRIS and Astute or any other • reporting system • Maintain and embrace the internal codes of conduct/protocols for the organisation • Participate in their formulation and application throughout the organisation • Meet identified industry benchmarks • Personal hygiene is maintained • Dress code, appropriate to position (and representation of Labourpower) is adhered to 2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform check starts: • Perform check starts on all new clients within the first week; • Perform daily check starts on selected clients as per the FT360 activity list; • Perform check starts on all other clients on a rotating basis, adding comments on FT360 • when complete • Provide operational assistance as required by the branch • Communicate with each State / Branch Manager when necessary • Complete rosters and ensure they are sent to the client by the required deadline • Conduct relevant database searches to find suitable candidates for our client vacancies • Place available, suitable and inducted candidates to positions for our clients • Provide full details to candidate regarding assignment and client site • Update relevant staff member on candidate and client job orders / client nightly activity • Update FT360 with activities, including client contacts, discussions, phone calls, candidate • and job order information • Assist in the daily maintenance of job orders including closing old orders and other related • tasks • Appropriately handle all job related enquiries in relation to print media advertising • Ensure professionalism is maintained at all times to clients, candidates and internal staff • Develop divisional and interstate relationships • Provide assistance to both clients and candidates when required • Escalate any issues / problems to Management and provide suggestions for improvement • Attend conference call meetings as and when required • Monitor, respond and action all emails • Add comments to FT360 for all communication to candidates and clients. · Complete Handover report and submit daily 3. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS • Positive feedback from clients, candidates and peers • Placement or replacement of candidates in jobs that have been called through • Client check starts are completed as per the agreed cycle • Relevant information is communicated to peers and managers • Data is recorded accurately in internal database and systems • Lead time to fill or replace a role is timely and efficient • Clients, candidates and staff are notified of relevant information • Internal staff are notified of job orders and candidates accordingly 4.
