THE ROLE:

As a SEN Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools by providing high-quality SEN staff to meet their requirements. You’ll build relationships with schools and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that positively impacts the lives of students with additional needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain relationships with SEN schools, provisions, and candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to matching them with suitable roles.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment regulations, including DBS checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
