Searson Buck is growing and we're looking for commercially focused Recruitment Consultants in Launceston and Hobart to develop and grow our business in the following sectors:

• Business Support Services
• Executive Search
• Healthcare

The Recruitment Consultant role requires a highly motivated person who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, build trusted relationships and delivery commercial and job outcomes for clients and candidates.

In today's competitive employment market, clients rely on us to deliver both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions quickly and effectively. Success in this role comes from identifying opportunities, building talent pipelines, responding with urgency and consistently delivering quality outcomes.

Recruitment isn't a 9-to-5 industry. Clients and candidates expect responsiveness, advice and results when it matters most. The consultants who succeed are the ones who embrace the pace, enjoy the challenge and are motivated by achieving outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment (temporary or permanent) process from brief to placement
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Achieve sales, service and revenue targets
• Build talent pipelines and fill roles quickly
• Win new business and grow existing client accounts
• Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience
