Remote Recruitment Consultant: Build Your Own Desk, Anywhere in Australia

Most sales roles cap what you can earn and hand the upside to someone else. This one does not.

We are looking for coachable, hard working salespeople to launch and run their own recruitment agency remotely, using our technology, our systems and our mentorship. You keep 80-90% of what you bill. There is no cap, no territory limit and no ceiling on what you build. Commission only

Our top performing recruitment consultants are working towards an OTE of $100,000 per month.

What You Will Be Doing

• Launching and running your own specialist recruitment desk
• Business development: winning new clients and building long term relationships
• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates end to end (360 recruitment)
• Growing your desk into a recruitment agency at your own pace

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for recruitment experience. We are looking for the right person, and we will teach you the rest.

• A strong sales mindset and genuine work ethic
• Coachable: you take feedback and act on it
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with business development
• Self motivated and disciplined enough to work remotely
• Able to work Australian business hours

Backgrounds that do well here: sales, real estate, telesales, car sales, hospitality management, insurance, retail management, customer service and account management.
