Develop and sustain good relationship with client as well as to support their hiring needs. Provide recruitment strategies and solution advice to clients. Manage candidates and ensure the best qualified candidates are shortlisted for the clients. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding of candidates. Responsible for all the HR issues of the candidates throughout the entire employment life cycle. Required to meet weekly KPIs. Who we are looking for? Out of the box thinker. Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on regular basis. You are customer-oriented, confident in networking in social situations, you are also a strong team player with excellent communications skills. Proactive, mature and able to work independently. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline. Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred. We Offer… A competitive package. Responsibilities
The consultant will develop and maintain client relationships while providing recruitment strategies and advice to meet their hiring needs. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising and sourcing through to candidate onboarding and handling all associated HR issues.
