ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES (NO RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE NEEDED):

  • £26,000 starting salary, rising to £27,000 after a year and £29,000 after two years (subject to performance reviews)
  • First-year OTE: £28,000 – £29,000 with commission
  • Full training and development, plus the opportunity to gain an Advanced Diploma in Recruitment Services
  • Work in a supportive, structured, and dynamic environment

EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS:

  • £27,000 – £29,000 base salary
  • OTE: £30,000 – £33,000+ with commission

  • Client management: Build lasting client relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Candidate sourcing: Attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Compliance and administration: Ensure all legal, right-to-work, and certification checks are completed
  • Sales and targets: Achieve performance goals with full training and support
