Welwyn Garden City | Salary from £26,000 – £28,000 p.a. + Bonus
Keep Education is part of the Teach Group, a specialist education recruitment agency, is looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, supportive team at our lovely Welwyn Garden City Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment, sales, or account management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Working hours:

• Term time (38 weeks): Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
• School holidays (14 weeks): Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools across East Anglia
• Managing client accounts and delivering excellent customer service
• Attracting, interviewing, and placing education staff into roles
• Handling daily bookings and recruitment needs
• Meeting and exceeding targets to drive business growth

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or account management
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, driven, and motivated to succeed
• Team player with a positive attitude
