We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Birmingham, focusing on our established permanent pharmacy and optometry desk.
While prior experience in the pharmacy or optometry sector is not required, we do expect candidates to have worked on a permanent recruitment desk previously. You will be responsible for managing the full 360-degree recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and post-placement support.
In return, you will receive 10% of anything billed with no threshold even during probation!
This desk has seen consistent growth over the past five years, and we are now expanding to meet increasing demand.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, including both independent businesses and larger contracts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the United Kingdom
• Source and engage high-quality candidates suited to client needs
• Manage the recruitment process from initial interview through to final placement
