We're seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage our recruitment life cycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. What you’ll do: We’re a fast-paced business and this role will cover bulk recruitment strategies focused on identifying the top talent the market has to offer. Duties Review resumes and job applications. Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and skills. Headhunt suitable candidates based on position requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews using reliable tools. Liaising accurately and timeously with candidates. Issue teacher service agreements. Utilize the company recruitment platform. Manage and build internal and external relationships. Report back on daily activities. Promote us as an "Employer of Choice". Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes. Candidates must have: Bulk recruitment experience. ESL teaching or TEFL experience preferred. Interviewing expertise. Experiencing in headhunting and lead generation. An understanding and ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process. A solid social media presence and willingness to work on platforms such as Facebook. Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Innovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and decision-making skills. C1 level proficiency in English. Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiating and influencing skills. The ability to work well in a team. The ability to be flexible and adaptable to change. Be a self-starter who is comfortable prioritizing tasks and working towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
