ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven individual to join our close-knit team in Farnborough as a Recruitment Consultant - Managing Tuition. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in connecting brilliant tutors with the schools and learners who need them most.
In this specialist role, you’ll work closely with clients (schools and local authorities) to understand their needs, identify the best-fit tutors, and support the delivery of tailored tuition programmes. You’ll be a key liaison between tutors and clients-taking briefs, building long-term relationships, promoting our full range of services, and helping to ensure every placement is set up for success.
You’ll collaborate with our Business Development team on new client opportunities, and with our Placement and Resourcing teams who manage compliance and onboarding. Your confidence on the phone, attention to detail, and talent for consultative sales aptitude will be key to your success.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A natural relationship-builder, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders including schools, tutors, and internal teams.
  • A confident communicator-both over the phone and in writing-with a consultative approach to client conversations.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple accounts and matching the right candidates to the right opportunities.
  • Proactive and solution-focused, always on the lookout for ways to improve service and identify co-selling opportunities.
  • A genuine team player, able to collaborate across functions while managing your own time and priorities
