RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OR SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT DOE

Vision Executives are experts in International Eyecare Recruitment and recruit for Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, Eyewear, Medical Devices, Digital health, Pharmaceuticals & Biotech professionals both in the UK and internationally.
This role will require the ability to sell our premium recruitment and headhunting services to clients to win vacancies for yourself and the team to fill.
As the majority of or roles are filled remotely, excellent communication skills via phone, Microsoft teams and email are required. This position would suit an outgoing and engaging individual who is money motivated as unlimited commissions are on offer with top performers earning over £75,000 per year (basic + commission). It requires good time management skills, organisation and a strong work ethic.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service roles in person or over the phone
  • Experience in an opticians/optical practice or some form of eyecare, dental or healthcare related business could be advantageous but is not essential
  • A highly social and outgoing individual who is happy to engage with clients and candidates over the phone, via video calls and in person at trade shows
  • A positive and resilient attitude
  • Hard working and open to taking occasional evening/morning meetings due to time difference with international clients
  • Desire to learn and develop
  • Money motivated
  • Good time management and organisational skills
Responsibilities
  • Utilising LinkedIn and other tools to identify prospective clients
  • Contacting clients via email marketing of suitable candidates, calling, setting up teams calls, demoing our services, pitching to win business and negotiating terms
  • Consulting hiring managers and HR on the best way to fill their vacancies
  • Headhunting talented candidates and pitching them career opportunities
  • Qualifying and interviewing candidates to send to vacancies
  • Representing the company at international trade shows and meeting candidates and clients in person once or twice per year
