Woods & Co Recruitment are expanding once again and are on the look-out for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Born out of Melbourne, Australia in 2018 – Woods & Co opened offices in the US 18-months ago and have continued to grow and expand through its commitment to relationship based recruitment.
Responsibilities
Complete 360-degree role encompassing headhunting and placement.
Foster relationships with both new and established clients.
Identify potential candidates and curate project lists.
Engage with prospective candidates through various channels like databases, email, and networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
Conduct headhunting calls and meetings to connect with potential candidates.
Conduct market mapping exercises.
Present candidates to prospective clients.
Guide and debrief candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain comprehensive candidate information and recruitment records in our database. Gather insights on hiring trends and recent industry movements for team reporting. Facilitate candidate closures and offering advisory support to both candidates and clients. Craft job advertisements and specifications.
Contribute to the creation of blogs and other marketing collateral.
