On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator, Administration (Candidate Onboarding) for a 6-month role. This position is fully remote for the initial 6 months with potential transition to a hybrid model requiring 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto or Halifax office.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, ADMINISTRATION (CANDIDATE ONBOARDING) - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Recruitment Coordinator will focus on coordinating hiring cohort classes for the bank’s Advice Centre. This role involves supporting managers with request setup, managing candidate submissions, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes through the VMS.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, ADMINISTRATION (CANDIDATE ONBOARDING) - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or related work
  • Client service experience, ideally with senior managers in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and video conferencing
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize high-volume workload
  • Experience with MS Office Suite

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, ADMINISTRATION (CANDIDATE ONBOARDING) – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • HR education
  • Experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or another VMS
  • Data Analysis experience
  • Strong English language skills with French as a bonus
