Our Integrated Care Solutions business division is currently hiring for a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a 1 year Contract position, with a possibility of extension / FTE in the future.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
  • Post-secondary education with a preference for a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and experience with Power BI an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain onboarding documents for easy retrieval.
  • Collect pending documents for onboarding and ensure completion of required paperwork.
  • Efficiently handle transactions in PeopleSoft to generate employee record.
  • Utilize SharePoint lists and Power BI to export and generate reports.
  • Manage the recruitment mailbox, responding to inquiries and directing communications appropriately.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate interview schedules seamlessly, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure that requisition and candidate records in the applicant tracking system are up to date.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by Talent Manager and Director of HR
  • Prioritizes workload and responsibilities to respond to urgent issues.
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures
  • Complete other tasks as requested

    Hybrid role, with a requirement to work onsite for at least 2 days per week.
