Job Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll support a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and interviewers across our North American hiring efforts. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, and candidate experience support—along with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule a combination of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all stakeholders Manage logistics for onsite interviews in San Mateo office, including video conferencing setup, assessment coordination, and interviewer preparation Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to keep hiring timelines on track Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and our Interview Ticket Management System, and generate reports as needed Partner with the TA Ops and People teams on onboarding handoffs and process improvements Support employer branding and hiring events (virtual and in-person), as needed Qualifications 2–3 years of recruitment coordination or HR coordination experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication We use Workday and SmartRecruiters, any experience with these would be a plus. We are targeting an hourly rate of $25-45/hr.
