QUALIFICATIONS

  • +2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or related administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfort with scheduling across multiple time zones and calendars.
  • Passion for building great candidate experience within international environments.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German will be considered a plus.
  • Prior experience with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems. Prior experience with Personio will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Act as a main point of contact for candidates, ensuring an efficent and professional candidate experience.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by keeping pipelines accurate and up to date in the ATS
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data accuracy
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation logistics.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team on employer branding and recruiting events.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
