Our Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout a candidate’s recruitment journey. They are our front-line brand ambassadors, supporting Tesla’s mission. Are you up for the challenge?

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a great Candidate Experience: Schedule interviews and support onboardings for candidates. You go above and beyond to ensure the best candidate experience; you love to solve problems and bottlenecks
  • Develop Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consistent, timely, and positive support and communication to recruiters and interviewers
  • Be Data-driven and Strategic: Manage a data-driven and seamless recruiting process and support initiatives that make our recruitment process more seamless and enjoyable by the candidate
  • Be ‘the go-to person’: Your eagerness to learn more about our business, processes, and everything we do turns you into the knowledge expert that guides people in the right direction
