JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies
  • Interview Scheduling: Arrange and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
  • Job Advertisements: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Screen Resumes: Review applications and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for interviews
  • Onboarding Coordination: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation scheduling
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and generate regular reports
  • Assist in Employer Branding: Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
