Job Purpose To effectively and efficiently partner with hiring managers in the recruiting and onboarding process. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires by coordinating all aspects of recruitment from posting open job requisitions through onboarding of new hires. This is a hybrid role working from the corporate office in Schaumburg 2-3 days a week. Duties/Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers in the recruitment and onboarding process. Responsible for posting job requisitions through Paylocity and external job boards. Assist with passive sourcing and full life cycle recruiting when needed. Process and review candidate profiles to evaluate qualifications or eligibility for employment. Partner with hiring managers to coordinate the offer letter process and background checks. Coordinate the electronic onboarding process ensuring all steps are completed appropriately. Conduct new hire orientations on a weekly basis. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as processing new hire paperwork and data entry utilizing Excel. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications/Skill Sets Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits. Excellent organization, time management and interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with persons of diverse backgrounds and educational levels. Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and HR related software, such as Paylocity. Skilled in working with others in a team environment. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred but not required. Will consider relevant work experience. 1-2 Years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience. Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position, sitting and/or standing, for extended time [e.g. sitting at a desk, working at a computer].
