Overview:
Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Recruitment Coordinator. This position will be based in our operations services center, part of our exciting corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.
The Recruitment Coordinator is primarily responsible for recruiting top talent for field positions by pre-screening, conducting interviews and completing appropriate hiring background tasks of qualified candidates for assigned hiring events. Recruitment Coordinators will meet daily, weekly and monthly metrics while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain candidate records in UKG system: track hiring stages, enter and maintain notes, review and update application demographic information if necessary
  • Return all voice mails and respond to assigned emails in shared inbox within established time limits.
  • Interview Crew Member candidates over the phone to determine suitability for the positions.
  • Record thorough and complete information on interview form as relayed by candidate.
  • Schedule appropriate Crew Member candidates for upcoming hiring events.
  • Communicate with candidates via phone, text and email as appropriate.
  • Maintain 65% Read rate to service candidate questions/concerns.
  • Maintain average monthly call audit scores of Meets Expectations.
  • Maintain Time Out Wrap Up Code of 10% or less.
  • Act as brand ambassadors by promoting career opportunities and job benefits of Crew Member position during interviews and at hiring events
  • Maximize daily call flow by managing conversations and queue awareness.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings with team leadership to determine the effectiveness of recruiting resources, strategies and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with all team members as needed to promote team performance and culture.
  • Stay current on departmental and company policy and procedural changes.
  • Perform special projects as needed or assigned.
  • Participate in department and team meetings.
  • In addition to the functions listed above, the employee is expected to act in accordance with company values, vision and mission, to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, demonstrate leadership, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency and close attention to detail, maintain good attendance by working when and when directed, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks.
