As part of Husky's Global Talent Centre of Excellence, you'll help attract and hire top talent across the Americas. Partnering closely with HR teams and hiring managers, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for a mix of high-volume and specialized roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Beyond recruitment, you'll play an active role in employer branding, campus engagement, community outreach, and talent pipeline development, helping shape Husky's future workforce.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in the ATS (PeopleSoft preferred).
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
