We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy team based in our Mallusk office.

Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Coordinator you will demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in delivering the recruitment lifecycle.
The Recruitment Coordinator will work collaboratively with the HR team and Hiring Managers to deliver a high-quality recruitment service.

The key responsibilities within the role of Recruitment Coordinator will include;

  • Managing end to end recruitment activities
  • Create attractive and engaging job adverts and advertise across all external platforms
  • Review all applications in a timely manner and provide a shortlist of potential candidates
  • Complete detailed telescreens with all relevant candidates to assess suitability for the role, relevant skills and experience and company fit based on our company values
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to source new talent
  • Create talent pools and regular resource maps for each new role, department and locations
  • Provide Hiring Managers with regular updates and progress reports on each role to ensure they are informed at all times
  • Create engaging LinkedIn posts to increase reach and promote the brand and current opportunities
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates on the status of their application
  • Effective offer management for all disciplines
  • Regularly updating our internal applicant tracking system with detailed notes and feedback following all interviews
  • Act as the point of contact for recruitment queries and provide support to the wider team
  • Build strong working relationships with all Hiring Managers
  • Facilitate right to work checks for all successful candidates
  • Complete monthly FEC reporting
  • Support with collating information for monthly reporting
  • Attend external recruitment events to support and promote the business and brand
