Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks such as support preparing offer packages, organizing job fairs, and coordinating high-volume recruitment logistics across multiple locations. The role also involves maintaining and enhancing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and providing comprehensive support to recruiters and the broader talent team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g.,Dayforce, SmartSheets, etc).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Digitally proficient with strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and various Social Media platforms
- Ability to travel as needed with a valid G drivers’ licence
- Strong respect for and adherence to confidentiality
