British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator in Heredia
This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team in the Human Resources Department and is responsible for the execution of key administrative and transactional tasks of the recruitment process that support a successful delivery of the talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Offer support to Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Partners
  • Set up interviews, coordinate and perform the pre-employment checks.
  • Use all features of the system as well as other tools such as: databases, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Support the recruitment team to achieve internal performance metrics.
  • Perform other administrative tasks that support the end-to-end recruitment process.
