Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of our HR team, you will support the recruitment process by attracting, sourcing, and coordinating the hiring of great talent across all areas of our business. From hotel management to kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, you will help ensure we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in developing and managing effective recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure we are utlising the ATS to its full potential
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote RAD Hotel Group as a great place to work.
