Essential Skills and Experience
A relevant qualification in HR (e.g., CIPD Level 3) or a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
High level of IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office
Desirable (but not essential) Skills and Experience
Previous experience in an HR or recruitment-related role.
Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE / LOCATION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an entry-level Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team of five. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience throughout. You will also contribute to wider HR projects as needed.
Office is located on Molesworth Street, Dublin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and manage administrative aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
Screen internal and external applicants in accordance with Savills’ recruitment policies and procedures.
Arrange and confirm interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct and manage pre-employment reference checks.
Support the building of talent pipelines for key roles.
Advise internal stakeholders on recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.
Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates and hiring teams.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and contribute to ad hoc HR initiatives and projects
