Job Description AECOM Middle East will be conducting recruitment drives across our UAE office to support our growth on construction supervision projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah. The events will take place on January 31st & 1st of Feb 2026. We will be looking for candidates with a background in high-end residential developments and high rise / hospitality projects. We will be recruiting for the following positions: Resident Engineers Senior Resident Engineers Document Controllers Land Surveyors Engineers - Structural Engineers - Mechanical Engineers - Electrical Senior Engineers - Structural Senior Engineers - Mechanical Senior Engineers - Electrical Architects Senior Architects Inspectors - Mechanical Inspectors - Electrical Inspectors - Structural Inspectors - Architectural Candidates must be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi for in person interviews.
