Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll play a vital role in managing end-to-end recruitment for our field sales teams. You’ll work alongside Field Managers and Senior Management to source, screen, and place top talent that delivers results for our clients. This role offers a great mix of hands-on recruitment, operational admin and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage recruitment processes across assigned accounts, ensuring targets and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Conduct screening interviews (primarily via MS Teams) and support final-stage interviews and assessment days.
  • Write, post, and monitor effective job adverts across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain candidate talent pools and track competitor activity.
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR and Right to Work legislation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports, tracking recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Liaise with candidates, and internal departments to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and use the ATS to track recruitment activity.
