Description

The individual will play a key role in supporting the client by providing the full spectrum of recruitment services (temporary, permanent, payroll, work pass application and executive search).

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Director to partner with hiring managers from client companies and referral agents for recruitment and work pass application requirements
  • Utilise various active sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals and networking to identify potential candidates for clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
  • In charge of MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations to ensure seamless operations for clients
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employees’ rights, staying abreast of regulatory updates and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain HR practices in compliance.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including client portfolios, and providing assistance in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage client invoicing, account receivables to ensure prompt payments
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support various HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Possess a Certificate of Employments Intermediaries (CEI Basic/KAH) will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment act and industry best practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.Maintain a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality
