A leading recruitment company in the UAE is looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join its Dubai team.

Position: Recruitment Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 4,000 all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Candidate Profile

* Female Tagalog speaker, aged 18–25

* Degree holders and non-degree holders are welcome to apply

* Previous experience is an advantage but not required

* Background in call center, customer service, or sales is preferred

* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

* Strong team player with good multitasking and organizational abilities

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process based on client requirements

* Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates

* Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms

* Advise clients on market salary ranges and candidate availability

* Format CVs and prepare candidate reports

* Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates

* Facilitate offer letter signing and candidate document submission

* Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
