Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting business hiring needs across functions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders Conduct initial HR screening calls Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding and hiring initiatives Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach What We’re Looking For High ownership and accountability Strong coordination and follow-up skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Additional Information "Wizikey encourages and celebrates entrepreneurial culture.
