We’re a growing business and human resources consulting firm based in the Niagara Region, supporting clients across Niagara and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). As our client base expands, we’re looking for a recruitment-focused HR Administrator to support hiring initiatives across a wide range of industries.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking a recruitment professional with:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related role
  • Strong familiarity with recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
  • Comfort conducting and recording video interviews (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to screen resumes quickly and effectively
  • Confidence working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability: Weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Quiet home workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet, modern laptop or desktop, webcam

Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment for our clients. Core responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, updating, and posting job ads on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on client requirements
  • Coordinating and conducting video interviews with candidates
  • Recording and securely sharing interview footage with hiring managers
  • Managing applicant communication and interview scheduling
  • Maintaining organized candidate records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Supporting general HR administration (e.g., editing documents, updating calendars)
  • Participating in weekly networking meetings to support sourcing efforts
