Our Human Resource practice is growing! We are seeking a talented and energetic full-time HR professional with a range of experience in the field. We are changing the way people think about client care, and we need your help.
Reporting to the HR Director, our Recruitment and HR Coordiantor will provide functional support to our clients on an ongoing basis in areas of full cycle recruitment and general HR consulting.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must thrive in a fast paced, high intensity environment;
  • High degree of computer competency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Keen attention to detail, deadline-oriented, superior time management skills;
  • Proficiency in client relations and strong communication skills (written & oral).
Responsibilities
  • Serving as an external consultant by analyzing clients’ recruitment and hiring needs and recommending solutions;
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment;
  • Full-cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates, interviewing, reference checking and offer negotiating;
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice, pursuing ongoing education and development to support the operations of the HR department;
  • Maintaining file organization and client records, including highly confidential information;
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
  • Contributing to HR team efforts and deadlines by accomplishing related results as needed.
