Position: Intern

Asti Business Services Inc. internship provides entry-level professionals with real-world learning opportunities in a fun environment to help them build future careers. The Intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on human resource and project management experience and learn about the various aspects of the Recruitment Operations and Onboarding function at Asti Business Services Inc.
The Intern will work directly under the supervision of the MIS PMO CI Specialist, Patrick James Son, but also assist other members of the team and provide outstanding service to internal clients.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations
- Assist in sourcing and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- Assist in calling out candidates for sourcing and recruitment purposes.
- Assist in encoding candidate information in all recruitment trackers and systems.
- Assist in updating recruitment trackers and systems.
- Assist in following up with respective hiring managers with their respective requirements and/or endorsed candidate status.
- Assist in tracking requirement status, candidate status, and other important details in recruitment operations.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Onboarding
- Assist in the collection of pre-employment requirements.
- Assist in calling out new hires and/or selected candidates, companies, organizations, schools, and other entities for onboarding/pre-employment completion purposes.
- Assist in tracking of the status of pre-employment requirement submission.
- Assist in updating onboarding trackers and systems.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
