ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our hiring efforts for fundraising teams working across malls, streets, and door-to-door campaigns. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on recruitment and HR experience while working closely with hiring managers in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct phone screenings with candidates and document detailed notes.
  • Assist during group interviews, taking notes and helping evaluate candidate performance.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and keep candidate pipelines organized.
  • Support with administrative recruitment tasks, including applicant tracking and reporting.
  • Help ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
