  • Experience: 5-7 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.

  • Lead the Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate and Create: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize Diverse Channels: Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find the best candidates.
  • Optimize Systems: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Analyze and Report: Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics and provide insightful reports to senior management.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
